سياسة الطلب

لا يوجد استرجاع او إلغاء طلب في حال استلام المندوب للطلب.

في حال وجود عيب بالمنتج لديك 7 أيام لإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو استرداد الأموال.

إذا مرت 7 أيام ولم تتواصل بنا، فلن تتمكن من اعادة أو استبدال أو استرداد الأموال.

في حال عدم استلام الطلب والدفع مسبق سيتم خصم قيمة المندوب والضريبه وارجاع المبلغ المتبقي.

 

ملاحظة مهمة لدول الخليج:

إذا لم يستلم العميل الطلب، تحاول شركة الشحن التواصل مع العميل عدة مرات في غضون أسابيع. إذا لم يستجب العميل لشركة الشحن، فسيتم إرجاع الطلب إلينا. إذا عاد الطلب إلينا (لن يتم رد أي مبلغ من الطلب بسبب إجبار شركة الشحن علينا على دفع ثمن شحن الطلب مرتين مع الضريبة).

There is no refund or cancellation of an order.

If the delivery company picked up your order, there is no you cannot change the order or cancel an item.

If there is a defect in the product, you have 7 days to return, exchange or refund. If 7 days have passed and you have not contacted us, you will not be able to refund, exchange your order.

If you refuse to pick up your order the advance payment will be deducted the value of the delivery company and the value of the tax and the remaining amount will be returned to you.

Important note for Gulf countries:

If the order is not received by the customer , the shipping company tries to reach out to the customer multiple times within weeks. If the customer does not respond to the shipping company, the order will be returned to us. If the order returns to us (no amount will be refunded from the order due to the shipping company forcing us to pay for the order shipping twice with tax).
